We are proud to announce our partnership with Miami Jewish Health.
Candid now powers resident and family surveys across their campuses, making sure feedback is not only collected, but turned into insights their teams can act on.
As part of the partnership, we also support Miami Jewish Health with the CoreQ Consumer Satisfaction Surveys required for Florida nursing homes under Rule 59A-4.167, including the required resident and family survey process.
We believe listening should be continuous, accessible, and actionable, not a checkbox. Miami Jewish Health shares that philosophy, and we are glad to support their work across both regulatory surveys and broader resident and family feedback.
