Florida nursing homes now need to prepare for the new CoreQ Consumer Satisfaction Survey requirement. Under Rule 59A-4.167, all licensed nursing centers must begin administering CoreQ-based surveys through an approved vendor no later than August 1.
Key requirements include long-stay and short-stay survey types, AHCA minimum response rate and sample size thresholds, an initial collection period ending December 31, 2026, and a first data submission window from March 1 to 31, 2027.
